The Governance should pay the woman stay at home because remembering the number of career's womens is high. Many factors which influence the woman wanna be a career woman. Such as : the economy factors, the life princip and also the hobbies. But, in several country, this is the major problem because the career's woman left her husband and her children at home also her duty as wife and as the parent. So, this is why the governance should pay the woman stay at home. Because the children need the mother as the parent and the husband need the wife to help him prepare everything and discuss about their problem, future plan, and about their children.With all of these, i think the individual life as family will go in a good manner and this is what the governance want. So, they shall pay the women for this. But, the big obstacle is will the women do and want it? there are still the reasons why the woman won't do and accept it. This plan or program has the benefits and disadvantages. so, if it gains more, that's not possible to apply it.
The Benefits :
First, the benefit for this plan or program is the family life is more organized. We know that the children need the mother'scares and mother's help to develop their own characters. And not the all of the kid's problem were done in their school and others. They need their mother to vent or finishing their problems remembering not all of fathers can do it properly. Also we know that the husband need the wife help to organize himself because of his bussiness. So, the woman's role in family life is very important.
The next benefit is about the jobs field. We know that many unemployed people in the world. Many jobs were taken by the woman. so, the man which unemployed and have a family feel useless for his family. And with this plan or program, the woman can back to their duty as housewife and let the backbone of the family go to work and find the happiness. Like the mutualism relationship if we apply this plan or program.
The last benefit of this plan or program is help the family's economy problem. The woman which didnt work or housewife with the economy problem also get the money by this plan or program. Fortunately, this is very helpful. So, when the economycal life was ideal, the social life problem will getting better. That's the aim or the goal which expected by the governance.
The Disadvantages :
First, the disadvantage of this plan or program is the governance like didnt respect the woman's emancipation. Listens like the woman cannot work and didnt let their own careers flow. Remembering that not the all of the jobs can done by a man, the woman's role in the jobs field or world is very important.
The next advantage is wondering if the woman in a family become a widow. They will get stressed if their husband was left or died if they just rely the money from the governance to keep alive with children, remembering that the governance allocation is not big as the money they get if they work. And its also possible she become tangled. And this is the new problem and controversion for the governance and they have to find another solution for this.
The last disadvantage of this plan or program is expand the opportunities for people who like to do fraud. Remembering the number of the woman which has the family is not in a small number, so the allocation is not small too and also the the opportunities to do fraud is not small too. Its not easy to monitoring this program properly. So it might be a backfire for the governance and might impact to the state and its financial.
The Point Of View :
So, the point of view for this motion and it's problem is depend on its country. Its depend of the types of the country(like communist or liberal)also the major problem in that country.In communist state, which not recognize the individuality, it might be very profitable, another case with the liberal state. Depending of the state's system and the state condition, are the advantages implemented well? or the disadvantages will implemented well? So, governance should analyze and think well for it. Whether losses or gain is more?
